This brochure is an update of brochure used for PAR=35070, regarding the work of the York Archaeological Trust in 1980. The brochure outlines decisions to develop the area, and updates finds of the following era: prehistoric; Roman York; Anglican York; Anglo-Scandinavian York; medieval York; and post-medieval York. The Trust has undertaken conservation of finds, the environment, and objects from rescue excavations in the region. The new laboratories planned will provide a regional facility and a center for student training and work experience.
