Abstract
Whatman No. 17 filter paper, impregnated with tetrachloromercurate (II), has been used to sample SO<sub>2</sub> at levels down to 0.05 ppbv at sampling flow rates of up to 6.5 l/min., for several hours. The analysis is spectrophotometric. -- AATA
