Volume I consists of toxicity profiles on 140 compounds. Essentials in chemistry, major uses, metabolism, toxicological findings, no-effect levels demonstrated in one or more animal models, figures or acceptable daily intake for man (ADI's), residues and terminal residues and metabolic products have indicated areas for further research. A reference to existing reviews on toxicology is included for each compound. Seven subtitles categorizing information used for each pesticide chemical compound are presented in Volume II; these references contain information concerning the studies for each compound. -- AATA
