The most advanced display-research greenhouse in the world, the Climatron is the first phase of the Missouri Botanical Garden's second century master plan for redevelopment. It contains part of the tropical and semi-tropical collections of Shaw's Garden in settings which closely approximate the native envrironments of the various plant materials. Two individual air conditioning systems allow the maintenance of several different climates within the single enclosure of the Climatron. The Missouri Botanical Garden is located in St. Louis, Missouri.
