The group of XVIth century panels called the Saint Auta Altarpiece was the object of a historical and iconographic study carried out by the Centro de Estudos de Arte e Museologia, and by the Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga, which is the owner of this work. A research group was created to carry out the working plan.
