Abstract

In confirmation of results of earlier tests with fir (<i>Abies alba) wood, it was shown that for screws of diameter 1.5-6.0 millimeters the withdrawal resistance in beech (<i>Fagus sylvatica) wood increases linearly with the screw diameter. -- AATA
