Abstract
This is a brief description of excavation of a ceramic production complex in Buckinghamshire dated to the 13th through 19th century. The main kiln was built on top of an earlier kiln and incorporated elements of its structure. The design was of a tile kiln, but kiln props associated with pottery suggest that pottery and tile may have been fired together or that the kiln was adapted to firing pottery. The date assigned to the kiln on the basis of associated pottery is A.D. 1500. The pottery vessels and tiles are described briefly.
