The major concern of this paper is to analyze and discuss judicial approaches to statutes which provide for the protection and preservation of Aboriginal, anthropological and archaeological relics. It discusses the most recent major court cases concerned with the topic and the various acts, governmental proposals, and codes proposed by relevant organizations.
