Recent analysis of archaeomagnetic data from the Dolores Archaeological Program, Southwest Colorado (USA), has provided 36 virtual geomagnetic pole positions which provide the basis for an initial modification of the AD 700 to AD 900 portion of the Southwest United States master curve of virtual geomagnetic pole positions developed by Robert L.
