Abstract
Restoration of adobe construction frequently requires the reintegration of structural elements with adobe blocks as close as possible to the original ones. This article summarizes the fundamental specifications for the manufacturing process of adobe blocks, illustrating its most important aspects, from soil identification and selection, to the drying of the blocks.
