Standard petrographic thin sections showed one to be a felsic crystal tuff and one a detrital sandstone. Two possible source origins in the Middle East are suggested (Arabian-Nubian shield and Eastern Mediterranean region) for the pair. An SEM examination was made of the weathered-abraded surface of the tuff whetstone showing copper was present. A corroded bronze dagger found at Enan was also analyzed in the SEM. -- AATA
