Abstract
In part I (see PAR=38536) of this paper, the life history, damage caused by the two species of Lyctus powder-post beetles, and their control were discussed. Characteristics which differentiate immature and adult stages of these beetles were also outlined. In part II, further biological data on these beetles will follow, as well as a discussion of their predatory and parasitic enemies.
