Abstract
An investigation has been made to determine the distribution of the volatile corrosion inhibitor CHC on Fe and to identify the inhibitive groups of the inhibitor. Autoradiographically it has been shown that CHC acts both as an anodic and a cathodic inhibitor with CO<sub>2</sub> as the cathodic cyclohexylamine as the anodic part.
