Abstract

Instructions for saving the images of negatives which have bubbled and shrunk. The emulsion layer is removed from the old base and smoothed on a fresh, thin mylar film base. Two recovery procedures are outlined, based on the extent to which the emulsion is wrinkled and cracked.
