Since its establishment a decade ago, the Northeast Document Conservation Center has focused on helping organizations -- mainly in the New England states, New York, and New Jersey -- improve the condition and care of their archival and library materials and works of art on paper. Projects range from treatment of single objects as well as entire collections, preservation microfilming, and disaster assistance, to site surveys, evaluating collection storage, display, and maintenance, and seminars.
