The requirements and fees for the program are outlined in the Nov., 1973 <i>IIC News. Fourteen paintiing conservators participated. Topics covered in the course were: the use of a wax-resin adhesive and solid mounts for special types of structural deterioration in fabric supports, glue linings, Beva 371, poly(vinyl acetate) hot-melt adhesive, and the repair of plaster frames.
