Since the technique of chemical ionization was first introduced, chemical ionization mass spectrometry (CIMS) has developed into a powerful tool for the identification, structural elucidation, and quantitation of organic molecules. This book provides a comprehensive review of the principles, instrumentation, and applications of CIMS.
