A brief history of the Acropolis is given, and the work and progress of the committee created in 1975 to save the Acropolis are reviewed. Restoration history of the Acropolis is also reviewed; two reasons are given for its condition of decay and disintegration today. Solutions are given for these two problems. -- AATA
