Abstract
After a laboratory screening test, biocides and paint pigments were formulated into paints and given, except for one case, 6 months' external exposure. The results are discussed. Growth of terrestrial algae was completely inhibited by tributyltin oxide in polyvinyl acetate paints and by barium metaborate pigment in acrylic paints. -- AATA -- AATA
