The author notes few differences between the five lines of ISO 100 & 200 films, compared to much greater differences in the ISO 400 & 1000 films (superspeed films can't match the grain, gradation and sharpness of slower ISO 100 + 200 films). The author recommends using the 200 films which allow for more shadows detail. His recommendation is to shoot ISO 200 film at the ISO 100 setting.
