Abstract
Described are potential dangers from photographic chemical storage, mixing, and usage. Methods of guarding against contact, by breathing or absorption through the skin are mentioned. A special warning is given for pregnant women. Other safety measures mentioned include being alert to chemical overdose, getting and keeping Material Safety Data Sheets for reference, locking darkrooms when not in use, safe electrical practices, and ventilation requirements.
