Abstract

Dating of the Minoan ash on the Santorini volcano and at destruction sites on Crete shows that the first Minoan pumice is contemporary with the Cretan ash, while the higher ashes on Santorini match the destruction levels in extreme eastern Crete (the result of seismic activity). -- AATA
