For better energy efficient buildings there is a need to site-specific early design guideline because decisions taken early stages of design is more effective than others. In order to realize importance of early design guideline in building design process, “early design guideline concept” by applying sensitivity analysis methods is discussed and an ongoing PhD thesis is introduced in this paper. Early design guideline may be defined as a basic document including a specific subject to support early design process enabling taking suitable decisions.
