Abstract
Materials and equipment needed and techniques used to make epoxy resin casts of stone and bone artifacts are described in detail. Reproduction of invaluable archeological collections for comparative study purposes is becoming increasingly important. Foreign governments are restricting movement of antiquities, and growing interest in the technical aspects of tool production makes reproduction of rare or classic artifacts desirable. General procedures for making acrylic artifact casts have been described previously.
