The establishment of new criteria in housing rehabilitation politics in the Valencian community is based on objective reflections, considering the evolution of what has been executed until the present-day. With this aim, the Consejería de Territorio y Vivienda de la Generalitat Valenciana signed a collaboration programme with the Institute of Restoration of the Patrimony of the UPV, whose first results are presented.
