Abstract
The chemical fate of sulfuryl fluoride adsorbed by graham flour has been studied. Graham flour was exposed to sulfuryl-S35 fluoride and, after suitable fractionation, the protein fraction was found to be responsible for almost all of the adsorbed fumigant. Some sulfate was formed. Fluoride, as a consequence of the decomposition of sulfuryl fluoride, is likewise present. -- CAL
