Abstract
According to the particular interior adopted for the observation of corrosion, the treatment which seems to protect the various alloys best is that using BTA and Pantarol. This can be divided into two parts: first, immersion for one hour in a 3% alcoholic solution of BTA, which constitutes the protective treatment, followed by consolidation of the surface with a transparent acrylic resin.
