Abstract
The first task in the management of wet-sites is the improvement of site detection skills, particularly through the use of remote sensing techniques. With improved skills, thorough regional surveys are facilitated. Legislation is also required to provide the substantial funds that are needed for the recovery and preservation of material from wet-sites. (See also AATA 16-1192 and AATA 21-410)
