Abstract
Benzotriazole is a speritic corrosion inhibitor for copper and copper alloys, it also inhibits the corrosion of steel, cast iron and tarnish on silver. The uses of benzotriazole as a vapor phase inhibitor, as a corrosion inhibitor for copper in immersions or in contact with steel.
