Study of the pathological aspects of a series of human remains from a minimum of 81 individuals buried during the Bronze Age in the sepulchral cave of Gobaederra (Alava). Among the variety of the lesions described, the signs of arthrosis found on the elbows of two individuals are particularly interesting. They seem compatible with repeated motions of prono-supination of the forearm along with a 90° flexion, suggesting activities of perforation or the like in performance of artisanal work. The general lesion found on a single individual is described as well; it is labeled pulmonary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy, probably due to a broncogene carcinoma, or a chronic suppurative condition of the lung which may have been the cause of his death. Three teeth are also studied which show signs of probably intentional erosion at the collar level. -- AATA
