Abstract
Problems of preserving architectural features of the Mills-Norrie Park are discussed. The two buildings of primary interest are the Hoyt House and the Mills Mansion. Specific issues regarding the Mills House and its furnishings are addressed. The appropriate use of the property has not yet been agreed upon, but the mansion is to be maintained as a house museum regardless of the type of development of the property.
