Abstract
The study of the variation of rapidity of displacement of the polygonization substructure and the superficial repers during electrodiffiusion experiments permits the attribution of an activation energy to each of these types of elements, and in addition, to show that the polygonization substructure has a specific behavior in these experiments. From the completed study, it appears that in these electromigration experiments, the polygonization substructures have a specific behavior which is clearly differentiated from that of superficial marks by the value of activation energy electrodiffusion.
