Abstract
The author describes the characteristics of wax-resin, vegetable glue, ethyl vinyl acetate and polivinyl acetate adhesives. The following tests were carried out on each adhesive: control of penetration, film thickness, strength, elasticity, reversibility, solubility, removability, crosslinking, colour staining, exposure performance, humidity movement, cold and thermal flow, working pressure and temperature ageing and compatibility.
