Abstract
Vapor phase inhibitors (V.P.I.) were tested on silver-plated copper and plain copper sheet. Three inhibitors were tested on silver; A morpholine-n-methylmorpholine-camphor type, oil-soluble chrophyl, and sodium copper chlorophylline. Only the first was tested on copper. Anti-tarnishing action of the V.P.I. Was seen after six months.
