Abstract
Electron Spin Resonance technique has been widely used in studying the structure of chemical, biological and geological materials since 1945. Recently, it has become a useful tool in dating archaeological artifacts and determining the duration and temperature of their heatings. In this paper the development in the applications of ESR technique is outlined especially to flint artifacts. -- AATA
