Abstract
Seven mineral ores (from Israel, Lambia, Ireland, Yugoslavia, Wales and Spain) and two artificial ores have been smelted in the laboratory in order to determine the trace element distribution between ore, slag, raw metal and refined metal. The results and analyses are discussed in the light of previous work on the Bronze-Age metallurgy. See also 15-822. -- AATA
