Abstract
First introduced in 1915, Hansa Yellow pigments now have a worldwide consumption of 10,000 tons annually. The comparative properties of different members of the family are cited in respect to tinting strength, hiding power, flow properties and dispersibility, stability to recrystallization, as well as lightfastness and weather resistance. Formulation considerations, with some examples, are also covered. -- AATA
