Abstract
The coefficients of diffusion of zinc, germanium and arsenic along dislocations in copper and their temperature dependence, have been determined on the basis of an investigation of the time dependence of the internal friction. It is found that the activation energy of diffusion along dislocations increases with the charge of the diffusing ion.
