Gas chromatography was carried out using Chromosorb W with 10% of silicone SE-30 at 180-270 degrees C, using a flame ionisation detector. The method, which required no special supplementary equipment, proved suitable for the determination of very small amounts of common preparations based on benzophenones and benzotriazoles, particularly in studies of their extractability from stabilised materials. -- AATA
