A step-by-step description of the transfer of the murals, some of which were fragile enough to require temporary consolidation before removal. The reconstructed fragments were suspended using aluminium sheets and plastic foam embedding material. The pigments were analysed. The panels were exhibited under a glass-walled shelter.
