<i>Dendrocalamus latifoliamunro, Phyllostachys pubescens</i> and <i>P. makinoi</i> were treated with Na-PCP and/or cupric acetate followed by coating with epoxy resin. Weathering and decay resistance was best with a combination of preservatives. <i>D. latifoliamunro</i> weathered worst. -- AATA
