Abstract
Adhesion properties, paintability, and abrasion resistance were tested for 8 species imported from the USSR into Japan, viz. Dahurian larch <i>(Larix dahurica),</i> Scots pine, Korean pine <i>(Pinus koraiensis),</i> yamanarashi <i>(Populus sieboldii)</i> shinanoki <i>(Tilia japonica),</i> nire <i>(Avies homolepis)</i> and tamo <i>(Fraxinus mandshurica).</i> The properties were not substantially different from those of domestic species. -- AATA
