Abstract
The British Library commissioned an investigation of preservation in libraries in Great Britain; the study was completed in 1983. Activity was recommended at three different levels -- individual libraries, interlibrary cooperation, and nationally. The responsibilities appropriate to each level are identified. -- AATA
