Abstract
The excavations at Á5atal Hüyük, Central Anatolia, have revealed an unknown culture which has existed since around 6000 BC. The evidence for claims that the Neolithic inhabitants wove kilims essentially no different from those made in parts of Anatolia even to the present day is examined. -- AATA
