On the basis of a viscosometrical method, the compatibility in solution of pairs of natural resins and waxes, and of synthetic polymers and waxes, is described. The author demonstrates the dependence of specific viscosity on the concentration of the solution and indicates which pairs of resins, polymers and waxes are compatible and to what degree.
