Abstract
As the <i>Lists of National Treasures and Important Cultural Properties (Fine Arts section)</i> were written in a traditional, complex form, it was necessary to rewrite the text using a codified approach and selecting a restricted number of phrases as descriptors in order to create a versatile database. 23 kinds of records were selected in order to obtain a significant result. The MAPPER database, UNIVAC1100 system was used. The system can be expanded. -- AATA
