Abstract
Because the processes of production are often fundamental to the meaning of bronze works, the four interviews reported in this article stress the technical concerns of each artist. They use the lost-wax casting, sand casting, ceramic shell, and direct casting methods and discuss them; patination is another of their topics, as is the selection of the foundry. -- AATA
