Abstract
This paper provides information of all types about the color Naples yellow. X-ray diffraction powder patterns were taken of seven samples. There are two classical methods of manufacturing Naples yellow. One is the roasting of a mixture of the oxides of lead and antimony. The other method begins with the salts of the metals mixed with sodium chloride and heated until the sodium chloride fuses.
