Abstract
The paper gives a report on the chemical and technological examination and analysis of paint samples taken during restoration of wall paintings in the church in Kraskov, Slovakia (second half of the 14th century). The following methods were used: polarizing microscopy, atomic absorption, and electron microprobe.
