A new proprietary adhesive, still in the development stage but to be launched commercially late in 1985, is based on poly-2-ethyl-2-oxazoline and is soluble in both organic solvents and water. Potential applications are for use with paper, glass, and plastics; because it is water soluble, it would facilitate the subsequent recycling of paper and of plastic bottles. -- AATA
